So it's come to this. We (and perhaps you, dear listener) needed a reprieve from the year of cinema in 1999 and we find ourselves a mere two years prior... watching and discussing SPAWN? Blame the need for superhero silliness after the serious business of VARSITY BLUES for our current plight of watching lifeless action, in your face "politically incorrect" humor from John Leguizamo as a cross between Salacious Crumb and Jabba the Hutt and Martin Sheen right before the life jacket that was to be playing President Bartlett.

There is no life jacket for us for this is our episode on SPAWN.
